Connect + Reflect Community

Books change lives!

Never underestimate the power of reading books and reflecting on their impacts and impressions in the safety of a heart-centered, community.

Let’s face it, when engaged in this way books are bibliotherapy: the practice of “facilitating psychological growth and healing through reading.”

Connect & Reflect Book Club

“Facts” (as my tween-aged niece always says)

We don’t have all the answers!  New information is ever emerging.  It can be a lot to sort through the material and actually take steps to incorporate new insights and lessons  into our lives.

As you grow, develop & engage your personalized lifestyle medicine, engaging with a like-minded community can help!

Readers reflect on the 'reads' in their own minds and hearts, then share insights and observations with others who have also been reading.

Connect & Reflect is a Book Club grounded in the values and practices of AXC.

Members of this private community read and engage in conversations led by Becca, founder of AXC, intended to cultivate & enhance personalized journeys of health & well-being.

Themes include consciousness-based, holistic & integrative approaches to supporting healthy lifestyles.

Every two months a new book is selected.

For each selection, Becca hosts two events:

  • Live Conversations Shared on our Private Facebook Page:  Becca Marshall, the founder of AXC hosts a live conversation with the person(s) who inspired the latest read.

  • Reflection Events Gather Us Virtually: Join us for this special, members-only event. Discuss your experience with our latest read, discover what resonated with you and with others. Declare your biggest take away and solidify any gems into your daily lifestyle mindsets or practices
